Cherrytown is a lovely, homely environment with a beautiful large garden. My team have a wealth of knowledge and experience. Half of the team working for Cherry Childcare for over five years and a third for over 15 years. The nursery has three separate aged group rooms for the children on two levels., All equipment supports the age and stage of the children. We have flexibility within the ages. Each child is looked at individually to ensure their needs are met appropriately. They are in the best place for them to grow and develop socially, emotionally, and educationally.
I have been working for Cherry Childcare since July 2002. I joined as a qualified nursery nurse and have worked my way up the career ladder to Nursery Manager.
I have worked with all age groups, gaining experience and have also completed various other supporting qualifications such as Safeguarding Children, Safer Recruitment, Paediatric First Aid, Basic Food Hygiene, Health and Safety and many more.
I have two children of my own, so I know about parenting first-hand as well as my professional experience. I understand the importance of providing an environment where children are cared for in a safe and stimulating environment.
We like to ensure our parents are kept up-to-date with all the latest nursery news and events.
The Cherry Childcare Day Nursery & Pre-school group was founded in 1993. We are dedicated to providing quality daycare through our outstanding early years practitioners and educators, training, and facilities in order to achieve the best childcare and early years learning results.
