CherryPark is a purpose-built nursery located on the Langstone Technology Park, caring for children aged six weeks to 5 years. We have three designated rooms – our Babies and Tiny Todds can care for 12 children per day, our Little Learners can care for 16 children per day, and our Pre-School room can care for 24 children per day. We have a five* kitchen that caters for all dietary needs, providing a healthy balanced diet to all.
We have an enthusiastic, motivated and happy team working at CherryPark, who enable the children to actively learn through purposeful play, basing activities around their interests, and helping them achieve their targets.
Since leaving school, I have worked in childcare, where I started out as an apprentice and worked my way through different roles, including Qualified Nursery Nurse, Room Leader, and Deputy Manager.
I started working for Cherry Childcare in June 2014 as a Nursery Manager at CherryIsland Nursery. I transferred to the larger CherryPark Nursery in May 2018 to progress in my career by managing a bigger nursery. I have training in Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding, Managing Children’s Behaviour, SEND and EYFS. I am the Designated Safeguarding Lead for the nursery as well as the Behaviour Management coordinator.

The Cherry Childcare Day Nursery & Pre-school group was founded in 1993. We are dedicated to providing quality daycare through our outstanding early years practitioners and educators, training, and facilities in order to achieve the best childcare and early years learning results.
