As an Apprentice, you will support the staff in ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in your care. You will be required to build secure relationships with children and will assist the staff in supporting each child with their individual needs, interests, and learning. You will also support the daily routine and carry out duties such as preparing activities, helping children with everyday tasks, playing & interacting with the children, housekeeping, assisting mealtimes and helping to settle children for naps, and more. Whilst carrying out your role, you will be learning as you go and provided with on-the-job training from fully qualified staff and our senior team. Full-time role which includes guided learning hours.
