New Year Team Changes at CherryField

I would like to inform you all of some well deserved promotions and staff changes that will be happening from 3rd January 2012. We have recently been interviewing for 0-2’s Team Supervisor and Room Leader vacancies and would like to congratulate Sarah Pierce on becoming our 0-2’s Team Supervisor where she will oversee the 3 younger rooms and help train and support new and existing staff. With this promotion our new Toddler Room Leader will be Terri Mayar. Terri in her short time here has bonded well with children, staff and parents.

Megan Anderson has also been promoted to Baby Room Leader due to Tana Newman stepping down to Senior Nursery Nurse within the Tiny Todd’s Room; this change is to support her personal circumstances. We would like to congratulate the girls in their new roles.

We also would like to introduce you to a newly qualified nursery nurse who will be starting with us in the New Year. Rio Paulton has come straight from college and attended placements in schools and nurseries to gain her experience; she will be based in the Tiny Todd’s Room.
